Jamie has carried out research excavations in Aberdeenshire at Cairn More, a Pictish enclosed settlement and in Babithan Wood, investigating Bronze Age hut circles and cairns. Jamie joined AOC in 2013 as part of the company’s survey and geomatics department. Recent projects have included survey of chambered cairns on Arran; survey and excavations at the Moncreiffe hillfort and the survey of two Iron Age brochs of Dun Suladale and Dun an Ruaigh Ruadh.
