Joanne joined AOC Archaeology in November 2020 as HR Admin Assistant. She is based within our Edinburgh office.

Joanne works closely with Senior Management and the Finance Team and provides support and assistance in dealing with administration of processes across the offices. A key element of Joanne’s role is to ensure employee contracts are issued in a timely manner and returned before starting employment, and she resolves HR queries with new employees within the organisation.

Before AOC, Joanne worked for 2 large companies in a HR role and has recently attained her CiPD qualification through part-time study during a career break to have a family.
