Logistics Manager

Natasha has been working in commercial archaeology for over 10 years. During her career she has worked on various projects throughout the UK and Ireland, spanning a range of periods. Her experience ranges from site excavation, staff and project management, building recording, community outreach, logistics through to post ex and report writing.

During her studies between 2010-2014 she worked on various projects in Ireland including excavations at Moygara Castle, Sligo along with various test excavations in the Sligo area. After completing her studies in 2014, Natasha joined the Irish Archaeological Consultancy where she worked as an excavator on various large scale road schemes and infrastructure projects across Ireland and Wales. These included various multi period sites such as the: A31 Magherafelt bypass project in Northern Ireland, Knockhouse project Waterford, A26 Ballymena Project in Northern Ireland and excavations at Wylfa Newydd Power Plant in Anglesey, Wales. The excavation of these sites uncovered archaeological findings including a multivallate ringfort, pottery kilns, post medieval pottery, evidence of pre-historic settlements including circular houses, fulachta fiadh’s, a bronze age enclosure, with sites dating from the Neolithic to the Late Medieval periods. She also undertook various community outreach programs with the Northern Archaeological consultancy.

From early 2016, Natasha moved to the UK joining John Moore Heritage Services where she excavated various sites throughout the UK, along with working in post ex departments. Later in 2016 she joined Border Archaeology in Milton Keynes where she was promoted to supervisor and then further promoted to Manager of Archaeological services. During Natasha’s time with Border Archaeology, she worked on various large-scale projects on the Eastern and Western expansion zones of Milton Keynes along with various other excavation projects across the UK. She worked on the Gloucester Cathedral excavations known as “Project Pilgrim” which involved the excavation and recording of 226 burials along with assisting in the post excavation analysis of the assemblages uncovered. She also undertook various building recording projects and managed the companies watching brief projects across the UK for different clientele. She is responsible for the University Placement program with Reading University which enabled University students to gain hands on experience in the sector and obtain future jobs.

Since 2020 Natasha has been working in the Logistics and Operation management area within the property & construction sector. During this time, she managed various projects for many largescale clientele across the UK and Ireland. She was responsible for liaising with all parties to ensure the projects were completed within the specific timeframe and budget required by the client.

In March 2023 Natasha joined AOC Archaeology where she is responsible for the logistics management across their London and Milton Keynes regions.
