Fieldwork Services
AOC undertakes all forms of archaeological fieldwork, including watching briefs, field evaluations and area excavations. We are able to undertake both rural and urban work, and have extensive experience of both greenfield and complex urban archaeology. Over the last few decades we have excavated and published hundreds of archaeological sites ranging from the Mesolithic through to the post-medieval and industrial periods.
Designing Solutions
As well as carrying out the actual on-site work our team are experienced in the creation of Written Schemes of Investigation (WSIs) and Scheduled Monument Consent (SMC) applications. We will work closely with you to ensure projects maintain a high standard of health and safety by design, overseen by our NEBOSH-accredited managers.
