Over the last decade AOC has effectively and successfully delivered a diverse range of projects of varying size and complexity involving local communities so whether you have an idea for a project in your area or are involved in a large heritage project that is already funded, we can help. 

Our dedicated community archaeologists in Edinburgh, London and York, backed by a team of experienced archaeologists and heritage specialists, can provide expert advice on project design, fund-raising and a project specific approach to delivery.  

Although archaeological work formed the core of our work when the company began in 1991,  we have expanded into all types of heritage development and presentation, web site and smart phone app design, museum exhibit design,  3D modelling,  education, schools outreach, curriculum development, CPD training for teachers, community workshops and learning opportunities and much more.   

Underlying all of our work is our commitment to quality and to helping people of all ages actively enjoy exploring their past.
