Another Razor

We posted about treatment of a couple of Bronze Age razors a little while ago. This is another stunning example - delicately shaped, with traces of geometric decoration.

Our conservators removed corrosion and soil deposits using hand tools and swabs moistened with solvents. The metal was then stabilised and lacquered, ensuring that the razor will be protected from deterioration for years to come.
